Passionate about Learning in Organizations, I started after my Master in Education in one of the major Banks in Belgium as trainer, training designer, internal L&D consultant and later on Training Manager. For twenty years I was active in the field of Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Change Management and HRM in different industries such as banking, construction, telecom, higher education etc...
In Belgacom I was involved in supporting teams and departments in changing and reengineering their activities as part of the new, multi-national organization as a consequence of collaboration with Ameritech, Singtel and Tele Denmark.
In Lafarge I was as Learning Director helping the organization co-create and implement an Learning Culture based on experiential and relational learning through, coaching, intervision, communities of practice, etc...I was providing support, leadership and proces facilitation for an international network of 70 L&D managers from China to Chile and from South-Africa to Canada.
In 2004 I founded Move! and since then I am working as an independent OD consultant and proces facilitator with organizations in order to build sustainable performance. I work in Belgium as well as Internationally in organizations such as : GEA Group (Germany), Lafarge (in China, Africa, Russia, ...), KBC, Cristal Union, Yamaha, Alken-Maes (Heineken Group), etc.. I teach Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development at University College Leuven-Limburg and had several visiting professor assignments at KULeuven, Grenoble Management School and Magellan Institute Paris.

I am particularely interested in issues of distributed leadership and co-creation as a way to 'reinvent' organisations into dialogic and fluid learning organizations for sustainable performance and development in a VUCA world. Part of that dialogic learning culture has to do with experiential learning, sharing experiences, etc... And that is the reason why I am so interested in learning networks, communities of practice and intervision techniques.

I took the initiative for this website, the forum and video chat in order to create an opportunity for HR and OD practitioners to discuss, learn and share their experience. I will of course participate in the discussion forum, but I will also take the administrator and moderator role in this forum. (and keep the website up and running)

In a time of drastic change it is the learners who inherit the future. The learned usually find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer exists. (Eric Hoffer)
